Club Annual General Meeting 2018

All members are encouraged to attend to hear what has been going on and to elect a new committee for the forthcoming year.

1.  Below is a list of the current officers. I have indicated their intention to stand for re-election. Anyone standing down needs replacing and everyone should feel happy to nominate someone or volunteer themselves for these posts and any others.  It would be very helpful to see nominations etc in advance of the meeting.

Mid year we also created a post of Ride Calender co-ordinator which is currently done by Ian Hall.

The position of Secretary is especially important. If you feel that you can take this on and want to know more about the role please get in touch with Martin who can help.

2.  Important request. If you are in possession of any of the club trophies please return them to a committee member ASAP. They must be back before the AGM and the sooner the better please.

3.  Awards. Please let us know if you have achieved anything special this year, especially sporting events. We cannot ask everybody individually and rely on people telling us what has gone on. If you know of some one who has been successful please tell us and quickly.

Please think about these items. The club needs your support and involement to contiinue its success and growth.

Hope to see you at the AGM.

Matt Neale

RDFCC Chairman.
