Please find below a list of RDFCC Club Events, Club Rides and events that may be of interest and RDFCC Members may be participating. If you are a Youth/Junior and wish to attend a senior RDFCC Ride or Event please read our Guidance Notes.

Club MTB Ride

Club rides are open to non-members but after two taster rides it is recommended that a rider joins the Club to benefit from insurance protection. Sunday rides are designed to be “social rides” and will be governed by the ride leader as to length and speed and will be aimed at keeping the group together.

UC603 Lydbrook 10 miles

Start (GR SO589167) 1 mile north of English Bicknor, proceed in a northerly direction on B4234 to u-turn at Walford, retrace to finish (GR SO592175) ¾ mile short of start.

Events cannot go ahead without time keepers and marshals, please help when you can.

RDFCC subscription must be current or individual a member of a CTT affiliated club (please bring proof).
Please sign on at least 15 mins before the event, start times are strict, particularly for 19:00pm events.

Flashing rear lights are required (some will be available).
Please check website or facebook for event updates/cancellations due to road works etc (e.g. Lydbrook).

Vintage Tankard 2017 – Ross & District CC Hosting

Vintage Tankard will take place 1st Oct 2017 10:30am.

What is it?

Inter-club time trial between RDFCC – Ross & Dist CC – Newport Pheonix (hosting)
The winning club is the club with the lowest total of their top 6 riders times.

Therefore we need at least 6 riders. Please could you let John Linden drjlinden@gmail.com know if you wish to ride asap.

Course information? 

3x Laps of the Much Marcle course.

Start outside the village hall and proceed Eastwards to T-junction. Turn left to Prestons Cross roundabout. Take first exit towards Ross. In Much Marcle, turn left at The Walwyn Arms Inn to complete first circuit. Course details on Google maps here. Now do it again… and again (it’s a 3 lap race)

Where is it?

Walwyn Arms, Much Marcle

Much Marcle Circuit – leave Ross on the A449 towards Ledbury. At Much Marcle, turn right at The Walwyn Arms Inn and meet at the village hall (on the left).
